Additional Discovery Denied as Moot

In GEA Process Engineering, Inc. v. Steuben Foods, Inc., IPR2014-00041, Paper 38IPR2014-00051, Paper 36 (June 3, 2014), the Board denied the additional discovery it authorized Steuben Foods to file, in view of GEA’s agreement to produce the requested documents.
