In SAP American v. Pi Net International, CBM2014-00018 Paper 16, (March 7, 2014) the Board denied joint of the proceedings, filed October 21, 2013, with CBM2013-00013, filed March 22, 2013, agreeing with the patent owner that the schedules of the two proceedings were incompatible.

He also does a substantial amount of patentability searching, trademark availability searching and patent and trademark infringement studies. In addition to his practice at Harness Dickey, Bryan is an Adjunct Professor at Washington University School of Law and Washington University School of Engineering.
