Pangrac and Associates<\/em>,\u00a0IPR2013-00461, Paper 12, (March 6, 2013) the Board terminated the proceedings in view of the settlement reached between the parties.\u00a0 The Board noted that\u00a0trial was instituted on January 29, 2014, and is in the preliminary; the\u00a0initial conference call with the Board to discuss the case has not been held; and\u00a0there\u00a0is no co-pending district court litigation.
