Inc.<\/em>, IPR2014-00094, the Board granted the joint motion of the parties to terminate the proceeding.<\/p>\n<p>In EBAY Inc.v. Moneycat Ltd., CBM2014-00091, Paper 12 (September 24, 2014), the\u00a0Board instituted a covered business\u00a0method review of claims\u00a01, 2, 4\u20138, 10, and 11 of U.S. Patent No. 8,051,011 (all of the challenged claims).<\/p>\n<p>In EBAY Inc.v. Moneycat Ltd., CBM2014-00092, Paper 12 (September 24, 2014), the\u00a0Board instituted a covered business\u00a0method review of claims\u00a01, 2, and 4\u201311 of U.S. Patent No. 7,590,602 (all of the challenged claims).<\/p>\n<p>In EBAY Inc.v. Moneycat Ltd., CBM2014-00093, Paper 14 (September 24, 2014), the\u00a0Board instituted a covered business\u00a0method review of claims 1\u20133, 5\u201311, and 13\u201323\u00a0of U.S. Patent No. 8,195,578 (but not as to challenged claims 4 and 12).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dispositions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In Pentair Ltd. v.
