Isis Innovation<\/em>,\u00a0IPR2012-00022, Paper 166\u00a0(September 2, 2014), the Board \u00a0found that claims 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 19, 20, 24, and 25 of U.S. Patent No. 6,258,540 were unpatentable, but that claims 3, 12, 13, 15, 18, 21, and 22 were not shown to be unpatentable.\u00a0 Patent owner&#8217;s motion to amend was denied.<\/p>\n<p>In McClinton Energy Group L.L.C. v. Magnum Oil Tools International, Ltd., IPR2013-00231, Paper 31\u00a0(September 2, 2014), the Board found claims 1\u201320 (all of the challenged claims) of U.S. Patent No. 8,079,413 were unpatentable.<\/p>\n<p>In <em>Oracle Corporation v.
