Endo Pharmaceuticals, Inc.,<\/em> IPR2014-00360 Paper 16 (July 25, 2014), the Board instituted Inter Partes review as to claims 1, 2, 6, 12-14, 17, 21-43, 45-51, and 54-71 of U.S. Patent No. 8,329,216, but not as to challenged claims 72-82.<\/p>\n<p>In <em>Amneal Pharmaceuticals, LLC v. Endo Pharmaceuticals, Inc.,<\/em> IPR2014-00361 Paper 14 (July 25, 2014), the Board\u00a0denied Inter Partes review of U.S. Patent No. 8,309,122 as barred by 35 U.S.C. 315(b).<\/p>\n<p>In <em>Coupa Software, Inc. v. Ariba, Inc.<\/em>,\u00a0CBM2-14-00061, Paper 11 (July 25, 2014), the Board instituted a cover business method review of claims 1-45 of U.S. Patent No. 7,117,165.<\/p>\n<p>In <em>Finjan, Inc. v. FireEye, Inc.<\/em>, IPR2014-00492, Paper 8 (July 25, 2014), the Board instituted inter partes review of claims 1, 3\u20138, 12\u201314, 16\u201320, and 22\u201330 of U.S. Patent No. 8,171,553, but not as to challenged claims 2, 9-11, 15, and 21.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Final Written Decision<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large\">In <em>Intelligent Bio-Systems, Inc. v.
